Return and Refund Policy

At kiki "say what?!", we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for more information on returns and refunds.


1. Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Personalized products.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed and sent to your email address used to purchase the product in form of a gift card. 


3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at diazstephanie376@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process.


4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


5. How to Return an Item

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item to us.
